Native Americans have used this plant for years to clarify and heal. White Sage is associated with healing, wisdom and seeking spiritual awareness.

• White Sage Smudge - Clean, fresh, earthy aroma smudge stick. White Sage is an evergreen perennial shrub that is native to Southern California, on the western edges of the Mojave and Sonoran deserts.

Instructions:

• Light the end for 30-60 seconds and blow out. Allow the smoke to rise and remove negative energy. Place in fireproof container and feather the smoke in the desired direction.
